1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NebulaLink's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NebulaLink provides AI-powered lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through advanced targeting algorithms and social network integration. Our services include lead identification, qualification, and delivery through multiple advertising channels.

3. Pricing and Payment

Lead generation services are priced per qualified lead delivered, with rates varying based on the advertising channel and service tier selected:

• Starter Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established in individual service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

NebulaLink guarantees that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards, including verified contact information, demonstrated interest in your services, and alignment with your target customer profile. We reserve the right to replace any leads that do not meet these standards.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate target customer profiles and requirements
• Responding to qualified leads in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws
• Providing feedback on lead quality to improve service delivery

6. Data Privacy and Protection

NebulaLink is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all lead data. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and maintain strict confidentiality standards. Lead information is used solely for the purpose of connecting qualified prospects with our clients.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service availability, NebulaLink does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform or services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

NebulaLink's liability is limited to the cost of lead generation services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the quality of business relationships formed through our lead generation platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used in NebulaLink's lead generation platform remain the exclusive property of NebulaLink. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any aspect of our technology.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and confidential information must be returned or destroyed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Odessa, Texas.
